Portfolio

The work on the selection of the Selsem soybean programme has been going on for more than 50 years. Today, Selsem soybean varieties mean stability, adaptability to different growing conditions, a potential for high yields. Through numerous years of research and development, it has been achieved that the new Selsem portfolio is extremely resistant and adaptable.

For many years, our varieties have occupied an important place in foreign countries and the need for seed export is constantly growing. In addition to an excellent portfolio, Selsem seeds are of the highest quality and are packed in 25kg bags according to EU standards.

The seeds of all Selsem varieties are available as seeds already inoculated with Rizol.

Our Portfolio

Processing plant

For 15 years already, as a result of applying the highest standards, the cutting edge machinery and proven technology, we have obtained seeds of uniform quality, which have had the prescribed germination capacity, germination energy and a weight of 1,000 seeds.

The distinctiveness of our soybean seed processing is reflected in the implementation of seed inoculation in the processing already, which significantly facilitates the work in the field and reduces the time and costs of producers.

Slobodan Makarić, from Putinci:

“Three years ago, I came across the seeds of Panonka and since then I have been sowing Panonka – no other, only this variety. Because it is tolerant to lodging, it matures early and has no impurities. I had 2 to 3 tons per 1.5 acres on average, which is around 4 tons per hectare. That is a good yield, it does not fail and it is always the same, the yield is always the same. Especially if, for example, there is a shortage of soybeans on the market, and the price is a bit higher, I harvest it 20 days earlier, I hand it over at a higher price than the people after me, when the price is lower, because the competition is stronger.”
